This is the Activated Carbon On-line ordering form:

You will be taken to the SHOPPING CART. Note: If you are going to use a credit card, make sure the address you enter is the same as the address you receive the credit card monthly statement, otherwise the credit card company will refuse to authorize.
For buying additional items, click "BACK TO SHOPPING" at top of SHOPPING CART
You will be taken back here. Repeat until you have ordered all you need to order.
Then fill out the information on the SHOPPING CART page, type "I AGREE"& click "FINISH" at the bottom.
If you are here and wish to go to back to the SHOPPING CART, click any ADD TO CART button without entering any number in the boxes.
If you made a mistake, just type "0"(zero) in the box here (or in the SHOPPING CART), click ADD TO CART and then click the RECALCULATE button there. |

| If you wish to order some more after you have clicked FINISH in the SHOPPING CART, then you need to start afresh, as if you were ordering the very first item. Sorry for this inconvenience. To the extent possible, all the items you ordered the second time will be shipped together with your first order and you will not be charged the shipping fee a second time. If you wish, type a short message to this effect in the "Special Instructions" box of the SHOPPING CART. |
